How should I prepare a property?+
Clear counters, remove personal items you do not want photographed, clean windows and mirrors, and prepare every room included in the brief. Confirm access, parking, and any building restrictions in advance.
Can you photograph occupied rentals?+
Discuss access with the occupants and arrange permission before the shoot. Let us know which spaces can be photographed and any privacy considerations when requesting a quote.
What does real estate photography cost?+
Provisional rates start at $300. Property size, coverage, intended usage, and additional requests determine the written quote. Drone photography is scoped separately.
